Refund and cancellation policy

We assess cancellations and refunds against the order status, payment result, whether preparation has started, delivery or collection status, and applicable consumer law. Where a refund is due, it is sent through the original payment method where possible. Stripe payment status is confirmed by the server webhook; a browser return alone is not proof of payment.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Please include your order number and the telephone number or email address used for the order so that we can investigate promptly.
